As a general courtesy, I will contact your insurance provider in order to verify your benefits. Should you wish, I will also directly submit billing to your insurance provider in an effort to further limit needless stress. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, and Credit Cards are accepted for payment, which is due at the time services are rendered.
If you are not able to attend your scheduled session, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance.
